Sean embraces his political roots on a day-to-day basis. He is sought after by clients for his diplomatic skills in navigating complex political environments, both internationally and domestically. Bush, presidential contender Bob Dole, Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Mexican President Felipe Calderon, Ghanaian President Nana Addo, Colorado Governor Bill Owens, Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell and Cory Gardner of Colorado. Sean was named a national rising star by Campaigns & Elections magazine after he engineered a nationally recognized get-out-the-vote program that resulted in the largest gubernatorial vote received in Colorado history. Two years later he replicated the effort for President George W. Bush’s re-election. Sean’s communications work still takes him across the globe to France, Germany, Kazakhstan, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Mexico. He has also manage the reputations of international companies along the likes of Newmont Mining, Noble Energy, and Walmart. He also brings experience in consumer and corporate communications representing brands such as ReMax, HCA, Global Medical Response, Google, and Western Union.
During his service in the U.S. Army he attended reconnaissance, airborne, ranger, desert and jungle warfare training and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for Valor for his actions during Desert Storm.
Sean is currently a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) the largest CEO Organization in the World. In addition he serves on the executive committee of the YPO Subcommittee on Global Diplomacy and Public Policy. As chair for the Americas, he plays an instrumental role in connecting top global CEOs with international dignitaries in the Western Hemisphere. He also serves on the Colorado chapter of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, All Clear Foundation dedicated to improving the wellbeing of First Responders, Colorado Business Roundtable, Council for a Strong America – Ready Nation, and is a regularly attendee of the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Aspen Institute. Sean is past President of the Entrepreneurs Organization, Colorado Chapter, the largest entrepreneur focused organization in the world, former Trustee of Metropolitan State University of Denver, USO Advisory board member, and the Colorado Veterans Nursing Home Board Member.
Sean and his wife Laura of over 22 years have two children Reagan and Hunter and live in Castle Rock, Colorado. Their family helped establish and currently serve on the board for the charity Project El Crucero which supports the needy in Nicaragua.
Mr. Youngdahl’s extensive experience in sales and marketing spans a 45-year career.
He worked for Sebastiani Vineyards from 1977 to 1984, rising to Director of Marketing where he was an integral member of the team that launched the August Sebastiani Country Wine brand. The winery was undergoing a transformation to segregate and differentiate the premium varietals from the larger bulk wines. The successful rebranding from that effort was transformational and positioned the winery for future success.
In 1984, Mr. Youngdahl entered the commercial real estate brokerage business in Sonoma and quickly joined the ranks of top commercial real estate brokers in the area. He specialized in creating value in properties that was previously unrecognized.
In 1991, he moved his family to Sandpoint, Idaho where he founded, owned and operated Sandpoint Mortgage from 1991 to 2001. Sandpoint Mortgage became one of the leading lenders in Bonner County during the 90’s. He was responsible for hiring, training and managing the business. He was also the local expert on the Mac version of QuickBooks.
In 2001, Mr. Youngdahl started a successful financial counseling business.
Mr. Youngdahl returned to his marketing and sales roots in 2015 by starting and operating an LED light sales business. He specializes in providing cost analysis studies to assist commercial property owners in transitioning to more efficient LED lights and utilizing utility company incentives.
Volunteer activities include coaching T-Ball and Junior Tackle Football.
He was a Trustee on the Lake Pend Oreille School District Board for 11 years and served as Board Chair for his last five years. His leadership skills helped move the district into the upper echelons of student achievement in Idaho. When he retired from the Board, he started and hosted a local radio show called The School Zone dedicated to showcasing the Lake Pend Oreille School District.
Lisa recently completed her last professional engagement with the title of CEO Emeritus of the Washington State University Foundation. Prior, Lisa has accumulated over 35 years of experience in higher education and healthcare systems as a CEO and Vice President, COO and Vice Chancellor, Vice President and Senior Consultant. She has served in senior leadership positions with Creighton University and Purdue University as well as served in dual positions with University Texas Tech University System and its Foundation and Washington State University System and its Foundation. As a results-oriented professional, she partnered with institutional senior leadership to create or expand four Schools of Medicine, two Schools of Dentistry, two regional healthcare systems, a School of Veterinary Medicine and a School for Global Animal Health. She has a solid understanding of human and animal health, better known as One Health.
Lisa is a nationally recognized thought leader in higher education philanthropy and advancement/external relations. She and her teams are known for creating innovative best-practice methodologies industry-wide, increasing substantially the institution’s financial resources and raising the institutional brand as demonstrated through increased enrollment, national rankings and media coverage. For this reason, Lisa was selected by university presidents, her peers and higher education thought leaders as one of the 10 Chief Advancement Officers featured in the first higher education national study for the book, “Making the Case for Leadership: Profiles of Chief Advancement Officers in Higher Education.”
With more than 4,000 universities and colleges in the United States, Lisa is one of only 43 higher education advancement leaders that have led the strategic planning and implementation of two comprehensive campaigns at $2 billion each at two universities. Over the previous 20 years, her teams have been consistently recognized by the Council of the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) – whose 90,000 members represent thousands of colleges, universities and other nonprofits across the country – as in the top percentile of university advancement programs for exemplary programming of sustained philanthropic growth or most improved performance over a three-year period.
Lisa has served as a regional and national speaker including a keynote address for the Association of Governing Boards for Universities and Colleges, Association of Fundraising Professionals, CASE, Big 12 Development Forum, Midwest Dean’s for Pharmacy and Health Professions and numerous other organizations. Her work has been published by the National Journal of Education Advancement and Marketing and recognized with a regional Emmy award for a film documentary. In addition, Lisa has served in national leadership roles as the Jesuit Advancement Administrators (JAA) National Chair serving 28 universities; CASE/JAA National Task Force for Industry Benchmarking Chair and twice chaired two higher education advancement conferences. She is frequently sought after by regional and national media outlets for her insights into higher education and philanthropy.
Lisa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics with a focus on Finance at Oklahoma State University. In addition to her graduate level studies, she completed Harvard University’s Program on Leadership for Senior Executives and the Executive Education MBA Program for Strategic Business Leadership at the University of Chicago School of Business.

Linnis is native of the Northwest and recently returned after spending 25 years in Silicon Valley and Lake Tahoe. With a background in finance as a CFP® for Charles Schwab & Co., and later as the CFO for an out-patient surgery center, she applied her expertise in business to become a committed and dedicated nonprofit professional. As the Executive Director of the Community Resource EnVision Center, she led the organization to new heights and received the “Outstanding Nonprofit Award” in Idaho. When not focused on strengthening the community she can be found in her studio creating fused glass artwork or enjoying the great outdoors.
